Suspicion

Prior to the celebration. It was toooo quiet. No one talked to me or SMS me. Which was kind off weird. I'm not saying tht ppl always txt me or anything. Tht was one.

Next, Valerie was behaving weirdly. As if trying to hide something. Yet when asked qns, she would indirectly ans it. Another was tht she asked me to meet her at Clark quay instead of our usual meetups before goin anywhere. Tht gave away most of it. When we were at Clark quay, we walked arnd trying to kill time. And ended up at LJS.

Instead of sitting at a table for 2, we sat at a table for 4-6 ppl. In the end, ed and eme came! It still was a surprise! Then I thought maybe Joel and the rest would be here to surprise me too! Unfortunately, got a txt frm Bex in which she asked me to go out on national day to celebrate my birthday. Bummer. I fell for it. At manhattan's fish market, met them, Bex, Joel, Yunjia and Meiqi sitting thr. That one was a huge surprise. Totally caught me offguard.


Love the surprise!!! Hahahaha
